good for you! thats the first step. you know i have lost weight in the past and was even able to do it on my own, but i feel like an alcoholic, and i just have to go to the meetings to stay on track. i love my group of ladies though, they are the greatest and we share ideas and recipes and borrow cookbooks, etc. and we just have a great time, hope yours will be the same, it helps you to stay motivated. that's why i like this website too! good luck and i know the program works if you work the program! it's been one year for me and i'm down 75.4 lbs.
