It's definitely nice to not be on such a STRICT diet as I was (pre-vacation...felt like I had a serious deadline!) Now I am losing at a rate of about 1 lb/week and that is fine. I only have 6 lbs to reaching my ultimate goal, but honestly I am feeling pretty darn good and am fitting into some of my skinniest clothes. (So glad now that I didn't give up and give them away when I thought I might not ever get back into them!)

I had some chips & salsa and a few pieces of pizza (homemade, pretty healthy, but still pizza) on Sunday and I felt awful for almost two days. Sooooooo not worth it. My body doesn't like being "full" now, and I am finding the consequences of eating badly have really changed my behavior. Now I just need to make sure it stays that way...
