Not a good food week.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Every now and then circumstances prevent us from eating the best that we can. I just had a birthday and the cake I received had tons of sugary frosting and I knew it was not the best for me. The thing you can't forget is to just acknowledge it, do what you can to offset it (cardio helps) and then get back to business. It's only really bad if you completely fall off the wagon and lose all the progress you've made. I think you're fine though. Just keep calm and carry on.
