Starting over today. Went off the diet badly yesterday but today is another day. I probably had double my points yesterday so I really felt bad last night. I think part of it is missing some of the things that I used to eat but now I think they are way too many points for me to be able to eat them now. Pistachios did me in. I had been wanting some kind of nut for days, but could not find one that I wanted to incorporate into my diet because of the points. So now we press on!

today is another day, but the thing about that is that today you gotta mean business. otherwise every day turns into another day and you've gained even more. stick with it.
