Ok so I am plateauing ... fact ! But then again not following through ...

Change something in your diet for 2-3 days. I think that if you'd go for protein-based it should kickstart you. Or go with the "one color", i.e. yellow today - corn, lemon, yellow squash, etc; purple tomorrow - blueberries, eggplant, red cabbage - you get the picture - it should kickstart you. Or do a watermelon/grape detox for a day or two.
