Whew...I'm sure alot is water...but not all of it. Lost 22lbs. Portions looked small in the beginning, so I went to Goodwill and got some smaller bowls...seems to have tricked my mind...looks like more food now. Sodium...jeeeez was unaware how much is in the food I eat...really trying to get a handle on that and succeeded this week in reducing it without sacraficing too much flavor. I've been kind of sick to my stomach and jittery this week, doing little to no exercise. I will work on adding to that this week. Overall pretty happy with this weeks attempt at a New Start to Healthy Eating in what has been lifelong poor eating habits.
