Traces to Small Ketosis this morning, my weight loss is proceeding better than I thought, since I am on my own. I hope I'll have the strength to stay on track to it
128.5 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
