This weight isn't moving. Not one kg. I am following this LCHF to the best of my ability, but nothing has moved on the scales yet. I did celebrate my birthday, but that was nearly a week ago. Ok, so TOM arrived and I might be a bit heavier.. not sure. It is really un-motivating me. Maybe I need to reduce calories as well?

Its a very good idea to keep track of your macros and keep to a calorie plan so you know how much your eating.LCHF doesn't mean you can eat everything. count your cals if you are over 1800cals it might be two many.I've been LCHF for years and still count my macros & cals.It is a lifestyle not a diet. let me know if you need any help with it.don't fall off the wagon just tweak it for results..ps want are you aiming for in your carb count daily? i hope this helps cheers Lena.

Have you considered the 5:2 diet. You fast for 2 days a week and eat within your RDI the other five days. It is working really well for me. Plenty of information on the internet about it and you can also borrow books from the library. There is also a 5:2 diet support groups on facebook.

Thanks Lena, I am aiming for 5-10% carbs, 20-25% protein and 70% fat. Daily calories roughly 1500 - although I am thinking it should be around 1200. I was thinking of the 5:2 diet, and perhaps I could still work it into LCHF - maybe fasting for two days. I tried it but I must have been over compensating for my fast days because I found the weight loss very slow and I gave up in the end! I think the LCHF will be ok because I don't feel as hungry on it. I lost 3 kgs in the first week, but then I had a couple of days where I ate other things, and I ended up putting on 2 of those kgs that I lost.

Angelica_95 I have found doing the egg cleanse diet for 3 days tends to get you out off a stall.I found it worked for me but my partner cooked his own dinner those nights.you calories seem to be fine, don't go under 1200 kcal otherwise you will defeat the whole not feeling hungry thing. and a reminder it to keep fat under 20 net carbs for the day.happy keto o you.

What is the Egg Cleanse diet? I could try that for a few days to pull me out of this stall... Not that I should be stalling, I just started LCHF a 2 weeks ago!
