I havn't been on here since June. I decided to take a break from logging my food and counting calories. I sold my bulky fit bit surge. My trainer suggested I was stressing out about macros, calories and my food intake WAY too much. So I eat when I am hungry. I cheat once a week (I try to control this) However I have been doing little cheats more often then I should. Biggest challenge right now is to control my cheat meals to ONCE a week, not 2-3 times. I kickbox 3 times a week, weight train 1-2 times a week and I sprint once a week. I try to give myself one rest day a week. So I am working out a ton! I ran my first 5k last weekend to raise money for helping kids struggling drug addiction. I plan to do another in october. I did not even plan for this 5k! Or even prep (I hate running btw) I did a 5k in 27min. Not bad for a beginner.
I am starting to get obsessed with preformance. I love working out everyday...it keeps me sane.
Yesterday had a fight with my boyfriend and felt so upset I didn't kickbox. Instead I did some work for my dad. I do regret missing kickboxing... but I think I might just go on Saturday. (dont worry BF and I are ok now)
Another update: I have a buyer interested in my HOnda 250 motorcycle. Its going to be a hard sell..my first bike. But I am trying to see it as an investment for my next bike (thinking MV F3 800).
So thats whats been happening. I think I am going to track my food in a journal still but not bother counting calories too much. I am going to try to eat less carbs on my rest day but have some carbs on my workout days. See how this works. My goal is to get down past 150
