Hi Ctannerd, I see you are on Atkins (as am I!) Atkins and restricted calories do not mix (really I don't ever believe in restricting calories and fat.) Restricting calories is like going on a trip and restricting how far you fill your gas tank. Eat good carbs from green, leafy veggies and get your lean protein from chicken and fish, etc. When I'm hitting a plateau, I start writing down everything I'm eating. Then I do an honest evaluation of what I'm doing wrong. Hope that helps and best of luck to you!
