does anyone know where all the carbs come from in scallops? I bought some thinking they would be low like other fish/shrimp but it seems they are relatively high, almost 1 carb per ounce. does this sound right?

3.9 grams carbs for 6 ounces of scallops - yup. Not sure where it comes from. There also are carbs in raw oysters - which I love.
