Body Recomposition at 8 weeks heavy weight training. Clearly gaining muscle/strength and have only gained a couple of pounds so it’s definitely working but most certainly takes more patience than weight-loss only (it’s hard not seeing the scale go down)!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
