So starts day one of my battle to lose the weight that has cursed me for years. A light breakfast of 120 calorie oatmeal with a water and 60 cal cheese string starts my day. For lunch, chicken salad with low fat, low sodium and very possibly low flavor dressing. I spent most of yesterday cooking up meals for the week. I probably have enough meals in the fridge and freezer to feed me for most of the week. My boyfriend works Saturdays, so it is the perfect time for me to cook for myself. This going to be touch, but I am ready to do it.
