half phent today. working 3 hrs home. cool today but I'm very sweaty. not hungry big tuna sandwich bkfst. 2 mi walk today.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
