completed squats for the day, 15 minute ab workout that consisted of crunches, 8 pound weighted hula, to raises 50 and push ups I hate push ups but I want to get my arms toned without lifting weights
170.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
