This weight is where I seem to get stuck EVERY time I try to lose weight?! What do I do.....it's hard to keep motivated now :(

You don't look stuck at the moment so why are you worrying about the fact that it might happen? If it happens suck it up ride it out bump up your exercise, change your cals in, etc.. and just keep pluggin along alot of the time the scale says you arent making changed but your body is changing. Take measurments, and pictures.
