Left my lunch at home today, so I've had about 6 cups of green tea. I had a bag of Tasty Bites Channa Masala in my desk drawer, which I combined with the rest of the Greek yogurt for lunch. Great taste combination, but too many carbs w/o fat and protein to balance them.

Kay just got back for the grocery store and brought me some sardines, so I can eat those before we go see Rules of the Game at 5:00.
