Took a one-week break, but we're back in business today. Workout for today was:

Jillian Michaels' Training w/ Kettlebell (10lb.)
Crunches: 4 sets of 25
Overhead Press: 2 sets of 10 ea/arm (10lb kttlbll.)
Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 10 ea/arm (10lb kttlbll.)
Chair Dips: 18, 23, 18, 20, 30
