i went out to eat with james to el Tiempo and had the most amazing black beans with tortillas.... they were heavenly... but then i went crazy on the tacos and flour tortillas and when I got home I had some chocolate fudge brownie ice cream..which was low fat but still... anyways, I guess i kind of owed it to myself.. but otherwise i've been really good and i am addicted to this website and my phone!!! I just hope i don't get high exposure to anything that is bad for me.
and I have also reduced my calories from 1200 to 1100 ...
I have also been sleeping very late.. with the kids not going to school and all.. anyways. am about to go to wind down now!!!
