Today isn't going to be a good one for diet and exercise. I didn't get up until 12 because I was up late because of some drama with my ex-H and his gf. I haven't eaten anything yet and we are going to a bbq. Wish me luck :)

remember tomorrow is another day - we always get a chance to start fresh!! Enjoy the BBQ - sorry about the - drama with your XH - fortunately I don't see mine at all any more!

Thanks everyone :) I was right on the money, yesterday wasn't a good one. It was the first time I stepped on the scale and it went up (only by two ounces). I didn't record anything I ate yesterday because I honestly barely ate anything. Today is definitely a new day and I won't let yesterday take me off course. Thanks for all the encouragement!!

Positive thinking is the key. That's why I have failed in the past because I didn't use it. If I ate something "not healthy" I would feel bad and usually give up when actually if I just kept going, I would probably be at my goal by now. So, don't let it ever get you down. Just keep going forward! :D

Thanks tbaum :) I just want to make it to my goals, you know? If that means that I chalk a day up to "the grind" so be it. We are going to get to our goals because we want to, not because we stuck to a diet and exercise regime 100%. It's all in the attitude!
