I gained another pound and 2 ounces in 2 days horrid... I can't continue on I am adding more pressure to myself I had a goal to lose 15 pounds from 8/18 to 9/18 which is my bday and now I've added 4.2 extra pounds to the 15. Lord help me 19/20 lbs in 30 days...
174.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

Aim for 2lb/wk max! You can reach your goal, but just don't pile too much on yourself!!! If you're adding in exercise, it could just be water retention that's causing the gain, and it could even be sodium too! Relax, tighten your logging/exercise, and just stay focused! Whatever you do, don't give up!!! You can do it!
