Ugh! Hope this special weekends are done now. This was my wife's big B-Day weekend so we had fun all weekend. Now to get serious. Its a must, not a nicety now. Had a health scare several weeks back so I need to give my heart a break.
285.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
