I have made a decision that come hell or highwater I am going to make myself walk/run or some form of workout everyday, I don't like the way I look or feel, I don't weigh this much, this is not me. I am gonna take this negative and turn it into a positive. I know I have been walk/running several times a week, but I haven't been very consistent and working out correctly just doesn't seem to be happening anymore. That is all gonna change, my clothes don't fit me anymore and I am tired of being tired and feeling stuffed in my jeans. Years ago I worked out before work then walked 2 miles after work. I am thinking about going to a gym maybe then I can get the help I need to get motivated properly to get back in shape. Wish me luck please.

Exercise is so helpful for many reasons...but food changes are 80% of the process I believe. You have great motivation!
