so i pretty much just hate dieting-i mean i know that's a common thought, but seriously i just want to be able to eat normally and not have to think about everything that goes into my mouth.

but it does help when at the end of the day i'm actually satisfied with what i ate-rather than discouraged. :)

Try to think of it more as a lifestyle than a diet, because you can't ever really stop thinking about what you put in your mouth completely or you end up creaping back up a lb at a time and end up in the same boat as you started in. After a while of living this lifestyle you don't have to think about it anymore, nor do you even want some of the foods you couldn't wait to have before. You realize when you give in to your cravings or just the want of something that is illegal that you feel like total crap for the rest of the day at least. It makes straying from the path a little easier to resist the next time you are tempted. Just keep on keeping on and it WILL get easier!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

That's the beauty of this diet, after a while, it stops feeling like a diet and more like a healthier life style. You stop looking at things as "I can't have that" and you start seeing them as "I really don't think I want to make my body digest that!"
