I knew this would catch up to me,light activity no zumba short walks and it's so darn hot and muggy. My down fall was the Tillamook Ice cream it was so good on these hot days.
You know I wasn't going to weigh in but I need to own what I did and face up to the error of my ways. I feel really awful about the increase so I just have to get back into the swing of things and work harder.

146.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
