Dear readers,
I expected to drop fast to the 88 kilo, but i did not expect it to happen in just two days! My prediction is to drop another 0.7 kilo in a few days. After that i will have to struggle again for every gram like before...
easy gain is easy loss!
That also applies the other way: easy loss is also easy gain. So if you want to keep off the weight you fought so hard for, you have to keep fighting to keep it off for your new weight to settle.
after two perfect dietdays i am anxious to have another one!!! love maud.
