That "time of the month" makes for a sad Des. :( But one of the good things to remember is that it's just temporary! I keep telling myself that there is no way I can gain with this sleeve. And since my food intake is the same, it will eventually come off. The body is in shock and is still adjusting.
204.1 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 54.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
