- 6.6lbs in three weeks. Is that good?

Yes! Averaging over 2 lbs a week is awesome! It's hard for me to maintain 1 lb a week consistently, so be proud! :-)

20 pounds a month??? oh I wish, I am so happy if I lose 2 pounds in a month lol you have to remember that everyone loses weight at a different rate and the bigger a person the weight usually comes off easier. I think 6 (almost 7) pounds in a month is excellent!!

:o) You make a really great average with your 6.6 lb. Actually per week an average loss of "only" 1.1 lb is considered healthy and gives your skin enough time to get used to the smaller "volume". *g* The more you weight the more will come off per week and it usually slows down the more you turn towards you goal weight. :o

Fantastic loss... I agree with what has been said 20 pounds a month!!! Can't be healthy.... Take tha 6.6 pounds and be glad it is a nice steady weight loss that is healthy, will protect your skin from going "flabby", and keep your body from thinking you are going into starvation mode. Well done :-)

Thanks guys!! i probably gained a littel back inthe last week with my mom being in the hospital and all but im back at it. was just to much to think and count and log everything and not sleeping. any whoooo all is well and back on track!! YEAHHHH I may wait to weigh in though hehehe
