Just three things to write today:
1) Diet: carbs: 26, points: 14.5, calories: 800 or so
Details:
Brunch: coffee with half and half,
egg burrito with flat out bread, butter, meatless crumbles, brocolli slaw, cheese, 1 egg, sour cream and salsa

snack: 1/2 flatout bread with 1 tbsp bottled bruschetta
post workout: soy milk with 1 scoop protein mix

2) Exercise:
30 mins on treadmill: mostly walked fast, some of it on a higher incline (upto 8), and a bit of running adding to total 6 mins...seemed to get very tired and couldn't go longer!
20 mins on bike: 5 miles
weight: biceps (alternate curls, 3 sets, 15 reps at 15 pds)
tricep extensions 5 pds, 3 sets, 15 reps
shoulders front: 5 pds, 3 sets, 15 reps
shoulders side: 5 pds, 3 sets, 15 reps
Waited too late into the day and perhaps that's why I was tired...tomorrow gotta get my workout done in the morning!

3) Planning for upcoming events: After trying the various classes in my gym, I have made my new schedule of classes and it will add to a total of 15 classes a week!!! And will span a whole range of types!!!
They are:
Dancing: Belly dancing, hip hop, and zumba
cardio: scenic spinning, aqua aerobics
abs: express abs, pilates
toning: rock bottom, upper body, and 20/20/20
mind/body: yoga, restorative yoga, tai chi
learn to swim for 10 weeks
RAD (defense class) for 4 weeks

I CAN'T WAIT!!!!! I look forward to improved toning and strength, better flexibility, breathing, and stress management through yoga and tai chi, better body image and moves through the dance classes, better abs through pilates and abs class, and finally--to learn to swim, and last but not the least, to learn self-defense moves! Looks like I've enrolled myself into a whole curriculum of health and fitness and I'LL BE GOING TO SCHOOL ALL SEMESTER LONG!!!! ;)

wow! you are a real go getter! good for you,i wish i had that much desire to do my exercise more regularly, i know it would help me to lose more and maybe not have gains like i have been when TOM is visiting. at WW this week, our leader asked us to think of a goal, and to try to stick to it till next weeks meeting, and right away i was trying to think of something easy where i wouldn't have to try real hard, and then i decided that exercise is truly my downfall, i get started and then after awhile i quit or slack off and then it takes me forever to get started again. i know that once i get into a routine it gets easier, but it's the getting started part. so my goal for next week is to commit to 10 minutes of exercise daily and on my days off to try to get 20-30 minutes and no excuses just do it. so wish me luck, send me some of your energy and again, your awesome!

Great exercise plan! Listen to your body and don't try to overdo it! Three classes in one day once a week is one thing but two or more times a week is tough! Please take care of your body and drink lots of fluids! Love your energy level! ((HUGS))
