Starting to watch my sugar and sodium consumption... pretty sure I have diabetes. Doctors appointment on Monday because I have tingling in my legs, arms, feet and hands. My aunt had the same tingling when she was diagnosed with diabetes and it runs heavy in both sides of my family.
Even if not diagnosed, I am changing my eating as if diabetic.
