Holy crap. Minimal workout today. Being female sucks. Today was supposed to be cardio and full body day, but that's not gonna happen.

So I'll compromise and do my Blogilates challenges, which are all strength instead, and just eat cautiously. Starting next Friday I'll be on vacation for 10 days, so I have to get into the best shape I can before then, so hopefully this won't set me back too far. I'll just always do the Blogilates challenges, at the very least, and pick up cardio again in a few days when I feel better.

Well, it's not exactly vacation. I'll be doing a lot of manual labor and yard work, but it won't be for the whole time. It's still gonna be a lot of fun, even with all the work.
