Shit. All I wanted was a nice lunch out with my husband. I wasn't expecting to have two small sliders and a serving of fries and consume 1,559 damn calories at the same time! Seriously, Buffalo Wild Wings, you got issues.
So I killed it with Blogilates, took an hour long power walk, then came back and did my Blogilates challenges and stretches. That gave me a good deficit, so I feel a bit better.
