Hey hey to my peeps!!!
I had another wonderful and intense class last night. I thoroughly kicked everyone's butts last night!! **evil snicker** No class tonight, but I will have another killer workout Thursday and Friday. I have discovered that I love teaching/helping people. I feel so empowered that I'm able to help people lose weight and feel good about themselves!!
I did have one potential student ask me if I "guarantee" my program. Like any program, there really is no guarantee...you make it a guarantee. You either do it or you don't. If you don't do it, it's not going to work. I wish there was a magic pill out there we could all take and be in the best shape we can be in, but unfortunately, you have to put in the work to get the results you want. I emailed this all to her so we'll see what she says when she responds.
