I'm disappointed to say the least, when I look back at my weigh in history. I've not been at my goal wright in three years. So I'm going to tackle it over the next three weeks.

I've definitely been moving and going to the gym, but my food choices are not good. I've been making some poor snack choice for sure! Additionally, my family is enjoying ice cream, chips, deep fried food. I literally am saying yes everytime. To the point that food is making me feel sick.

I'm going to be prayerful and cautious this week. Portion control and avoiding temptations are going to be my priorities as I approach this last "10 pounds" one more time.
