I knocked some weight off this week. Also worked out for the first time this year. I'm sore today but it kinda feels good. I hope everyone has had a successful week. Happy Friday!
173.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
