Don't worry too much about daily fluctuations! They can be frustrating but they don't mean much. I mean, you don't gain 3 pounds of fat overnight. Just make sure you drink your water and eat right. Have a great day!

Thanks jessyline! I had two days of eating great things... like cake pops, tater tots, beer, finger steaks, and cheese cake!

Lol! Heavy food like cheesecake will for sure stay in your body longer... make sure you work that off before you store it! Exercise is required lol!
