Well it's Monday ... I did pretty good considering it was the Easter Weekend. Hope everyone else did well!
Had my turkey, sweet potato, veggies - NO roll, butter, gravy/sauces, NO CHOCOLATE - Wow especially considering I'm a chocoholic!!!
I'm not going to weigh or measure just yet. I did last week, after 8 days on YOAD, and was very disappointed, no loss!! I've been advised that it's not unusual for this to happen and to stick to it. So, I feel better, so I'll just keep going!
Anyone have some advice for a "Newbie", I'll take any tips you can offer!!

I knwo the focus of YOU is on inches and I think that weight loss is secondary but my experience and those of my friends is that you don't always lose in the first week like a big detox type diet but it starts to kick in soon after but gradually and sustainably.

I'm 9 days in and have only lost around a lb. (yes 1 lb. :( ) but the good news is my waist is down 1 1/2 inches!!!! Let's stick this one out together!
