About a week ago I switched from just calorie counting to watching my carbs. I can't say that I am really following the "Adkins" diet super close, I did, however, read the book and I am fond of his ideas. I am willing to give this a good shot to see how things go! Due to falling off the health train again, I was back up to 168. In just a week, I have lost 8 pounds. Crazy, right? Probably mostly water weight, but I am willing to give this thing a go. Mom swears by it and is how she has kept weight off for years, so I will just check it out, I guess. It's summer.. and I'd REALLY like to feel comfortable enough with my body to spend some time out in my pool this summer with more than just Alex.
