Well,If it stops pouring,I'll do the trot. In cool weather,for a change. Thanks to, the powers that be. Food yesterday,minimal. But, I did consume. Dietary Fiber, of course, Made Hummus for the first time. Like it. Made it with chickpea,garlic salt,olive oil and I topped it with, chopped onions. It was good. I used the new Focaccia Sticks from New York Style(Bagel Chip company). Worked out good. Didn't finish the whole can. Got full fast. I'll finish today. The fiber boost, seems to be helping the weight. Gonna do it next week too! BUT, it's the weekend again. Scary. Fat food. We'll see how bad. I blow it, this weekend. : ) Hey Vicki!
