I weighed myself at the beginning of Apirl and I was up to 164 lbs again, so I started walking first 15 minutes a day, and increased it so that now I'm doing 30 min in the morning and around 35 in the evening and I'm down to 156 lbs. Also staying away from junk food.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
