Finally started jogging again. I managed 5.6 miles this morning and will feel it the next few days. lol My amygdala went into survival mode and I couldn't fight it for long. I ate piggishly for the past 2 weeks and I'm paying for it. Oh the trials and chaos we cause ourselves with our predilections, vices, compulsions and traumas. It's any wonder we're civilized. One step forward, two in reverse.

The good news: I took a big leap of faith and moved south with my mum to be with a wonderful man that I knew from my days in the military with him. I had no idea if I'd like the state or the town or the guy! But it's been so far one of the best decisions I made in my life. I've been here a month now and haven't regretted a thing.
95.4 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you trying to weight 90 pounds? I hope you are healthy.

I'm not necessarily trying to weigh 90. The weight comes off quicker than I have time to sculpt. I have some stubborn fat on my abdomen, inner thighs and one "banana roll". I don't know if isometric exercises truly sculpt like gym weights do or if it would take much longer to notice improvement, but I'm frustrated. Thanks for your concern.
