Wii - Walk it out/Step to the beat - 1 h = 14450 steps, 6.7 km, 8981 perfect steps

Today was hard. Had a shitty day at work and only started walking quite late. Nevertheless am proud that I kept the full hour and also that I did not go buy a huge ice cone. Am fully within my RDA.

Also received the schedule for my studies. Will start end of August with evening university which means working 8 hours and then 3 hours at university twice a week and every saturday. This will limit my time quite a bit on two evenings per week. Let's see how this will work out with my excercises ...

Congrats on keeping with the exercise even on a bad day - I know how hard that can be! Good luck with the university. I agree it might be really hard to do your exercises - can you do anything in the morning before work?

:o) I could of course try to stand up earlier but that would mean getting less sleep than 6 hours. That would be a little devastating for my mood. *g*
