If I don't drop below 198 tomorrow it will be an apple day to break the plateau. Of course the stagnation can be because I had a drink Saturday. Cheating is quite punishable on this plan but I am determined to reach my goal and then keep it off!
198.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
