I am ready to try this again!!!

Im sorry not really sure what i do know is everyone is different and we arent gonna lose weight the same or the same time. But like a friend if mine said you didnt gain weight roght away so your not gonna lose it right away it takes time. Ive done the whole crash dieting thing before but this time around im trying to lose weight slowly to avoid any excess skin once i get to my goal.

You can do this. It is a matter of life changes, not a time limits.. Set small weight goals to reach instead of setting yourself up for disappointment with time goals.. Keep plugging and you will make it. :)
