Binged on carbs over the weekend. Gained 4 lbs. Coming off very slowly. :-( It's only the 2nd time in 15 months, but I don't like it. Carbs are too addictive for me to risk eating. Recommitted to lc. Gotta do whatever it takes to preserve the sanity that lc eating brings to my life.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 94.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
