Great result in just one day, I went to the gym yesterday too but today I'll be resting, my knee is hurting me.
I had very small traces of ketosis this morning. My sugar withdrawal is proceeding better than I thought, now even the Splenda bothers me, soon I'll eliminate that too and enjoy a pure coffee black.
136.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
