Up exactly 2 pounds in 2 days. I expected worse so I'm happy with that...yesterday I had 2 hamburgers on buns, dinner out, a few snacks and some wine so I really did enjoy myself. My wife's 2 youngest daughters have been visiting from NY and we've enjoyed it. They'll be heading back today. I'll just maintain today and then go to damage control mode this week. Lots of water and limit calories for a few days to flush things out and get going back down. Hoping everyone has a great memorial day. Thank you to all our US veterens and those who gave their lives or have suffered trauma for our country and our freedom.

Didn't get to making the cheese, sometimes my ambitions are not in reality, not enough time. But hoping to get some started today.

Not bad at all, Jim! Gotta have those special days sometimes, or we get bored & frustrated. At least I do. Glad you had a fun time with your DD's. It's so hard when they grow up & sometimes live far away.
