Drank so much water today that I couldn't eat dinner. While I have never been a big water drinker, I like NOT feeling hungry all day. I even passed up ice cream (my kryptonite) without a sweat!

8/11/09 30 min. on my bike, 68 oz. of water, remained well within my target calorie intake - today was a good day!
