Messed up my back this week, but I think I've been handling it well. I did manage some yoga yesterday thinking it might help, but after last night's lack of sleep due to spasms, I rethought my strategy today. I've eaten a little less and have kept my butt sitting down or lying down all day instead of housework and exercise. I really hope I can do something tomorrow because I don't think I can afford another gain.

its ok to have some setbacks some days,,,, resting days will give you more energy and motivation to start your new strategy take a look at your caloric defect and your calorie intake. i think there is something wrong you eat too less exercising too much so this will = weight gain eat too much exercising too less = weight gain

Nah, I rarely ever log my supper in the evenings because they are always so busy, that's why it looks scant on my food diary. I usually eat between 1500-1800 calories a day if not more. This week, due to my lack of activity I did try to cut back closer to 1300, but I'm afraid I haven't done so well with that lol. As far as being motivated to restart when I can, I am so ready for that. I just wish my back would behave and let me. I'm going to try some stretches today to see if it helps.
