I have not been able to workout since Monday. I've been trying to get everything ready for a birthday party. During the time I usually workout, I've been driving an hour away to buy stuff and plan things. :( I hope I can get back on track ASAP. I'm stilling feeling stressed. But I think it's because we have family still in town...so I probably won't be able to get some rest and start working out until next week.
